as I understand the rear but stock comes 2 styles, Mill spec and XXX. which version is this?

Next question, you say forged, as in aluminum, or forged as in molded plastic?
 
The lower is forged alumanum. Not sure how you can forge plastic. The buffer tube is a 6 postion Mil-spec buffer tube. With std. M4 stock.
