Estimate of it's condition? Never fired doesn't always equate to pristine, mint, or even LNIB.
Can't tell from the pics with any certainty but sure looks to be an awesome handgun.

You're right. It is in perfect condition . I only remove the gun from the box about once a year to apply some oil. I've never spun the cylinder, not sure about my dad though.
