Colt Python. Worth??

Hello, I was curious if anyone out there knows much about these. It is a 6" barrel. Royal blue finish. I would say it is 95% condition. Has factory grips (has hogue on it now) If someone has a book, I could provide some Serial info.

P.S, The photo's don't do it justice, it has almost a mirror finish to it that looks a mile deep.....I have never seen anything quite like it..

Highly desirable. I wouldn't sell it myself if that's yours. I think $1,200 is a fair price if the cylinder locks tight, timing is right, the gap is good and trigger crisp.

That's a cool gun. My dad has a 1964 model and it shoots amazing. The Python is a classic, I'd +1 on keeping it and +1 on $1200 seems to be about the going rate.

Those are one of the best revolvers and yes $1000-$1400 and climbing is the going price for a python
