You can't sell Lowers in Washington state

you can sell any upper or parts still with no issue

You can sell you guns online to out of state buyers

If your gun we're never registered….well they can't really tell you no selling if they don't know lol

If that's the case get a picture of there CPL and ID that's how I use to sell prior to the BS Bans
