Unfired C marked, true mil-spec Colt M4 carbine barrel (chrome lined bore and chamber) made as replacements for military M4 carbines. Barrel dated 01/06. According to many guys who know Colt barrels, they were made better in these days than current production. I have no way to verify if this true but it seems to be accepted.
It came without the FSB. My goal was to have my gunsmith re-install a FSB. He over-estimated his abilities and I ended up buying another Colt barrel with the FSB to complete the project. The barrel is also dimpled for a low profile gas block. I have no other knowledge of the barrel except that I opened the bag it came in and can guarantee that the barrel has not been used. This is the barrel the military issues for its M4 replacements and one of, if not the toughest barrel you can buy.
