This is a Colt Gold Cup Delta Elite 1 of 500 produced back in the late 80's; I bought this pistol from my brother back in 1994 and gave it to my wife as a birthday gift; needless to say it has not been shot in years. The serial number reflects the limited run of this Gold Cup: GCTEN156. The finish is about 95%. (My brother had mounted a Square B Laser mount on it back in the day when Lasers were the newest thing!) It has some small scuffing on the lower, nothing that couldn't be buffed out.
