At least it wasn't a Grizzley with cubs!
Colorado bears are no joke, we grow um big didn't there, and the Grizz, way bigger, way meaner!
That is often part of the "problem" here. The Bears here are often the size of a large dog. This at times lulls some idiots into thinking they are "cute" and harmless. Some find out the hard way that the cute little critter can maim and kill, often with no warning.

Yea but what about when the animals are OBVIOUSLY bigger than a large dog - like the Bison I posted the vids of, or this for example?

Are these people blind ? This ain't no 'large dog'.

These liberal, 'city people' who become 'wannabe' outdoors people THINK they have a clue and try to 'show off' how they are 'one with nature' are the ones who get their azzes stomped.

Yes that again is people who watched too much Disney and think wild animals are all "cute" and want to pet them. When the Father was living in AK he said the locals were FAR more leery of Moose than the Bears. Big, dumb, and deadly. Tourist's were often just dumb.

Wild animals are just that , wild.
From the meekest mouse to the mightiest moose...they are all worthy of respect .
Failure to treat them with respect and the consequences can be deadly.

Animals also "play by their rules"...and its important to remember that when you are out and about , you are now in their "house" so to speak.

This is not to say that you need to be in fear when out in the woods and such...
The above is just something that one should keep in mind.

The funny thing is nobody in their right mind would take a dangerous dog lightly.
