I picked this up a few years back from CMMG, I believe it was model # M4-LEP. I ultimately ended up having someone make me a 4" barrel and switched the bolt to that upper. I would guess this has less than 500 rounds through it. No bolt, no charging handle, and no magazines. If you want a dedicated .22 upper this is the way to go.
