The thumb break is designed to go over a hammer that is down, not for cocked and locked, on the Bianchi.

If it doesn't sell, it'll just have a chat with Mr. X-acto Knife and it'll be an "open" topped holster.

If you cut through any stitching with Mr. X-acto knife, super glue on the stitching will usually keep it from unraveling. Best to super glue the stitching into the holes prior to the meeting with the X-acto knife first. A simple and effective solution.
