Classified filter?

I'm a old member, comparably, that been out of here for a bit. Started back up looking around and noticed that the layout changed some and specifically the classifieds.

Is there a way to filter out Oregon adds?
Not that I don't like Oregon, the contrary ! But we Washingtonians can't buy from there whiteout hassle and it would make browsing a lot easier.

That's how it used to look like. No such options anymore. At least not on my phone...

I got a HTC 'One'.
I thought that might be the case too. Maybe possible to change the setting on my laptop and it transfers to using it on the phone?
