I was stationed in "YUK" for two years and never had a Chelsea bun. Sorry
I missed them. My baking experience was part time in an Italian bakery in

Speaking of Chelsea buns: I lived in Cambridge (I believe that's your neck of the woods) for a year way back when, and I remember the buns from Fitzbillies being quite good.
