Do you know if a Washington or Nevada resident can do a same-day transfer in Oregon?
I don't know for sure. And quite honestly the way 2020 is going who knows, I know background checks have been backed up for non-CHL or insta-check people.

Don't mind making the trip but don't want to have to do it twice due to backlogs. We have concealed carry permits but not for Oregon IIRC (no reciprocity).

Also, is that the carbon-wrapped barrel or standard SS? I believe it should be 26" in that chambering.

It's the carbon wrapped, and yes it is 26". I don't think you can get a SS barrel on an MPR. Or atleast I've never seen one.

May be better to ship to an FFL near you, probably save you some time too

Actually yours is a carbon wrapped SS barrel. The other C-A option is SS only, no carbon fiber.

I wasn't aware that you'd ship to our FFL. Our nearest FFL is 30 miles away so I'll have to check to see what they'll accept.

Nice rifle. Not quite the chamber I prefer but it'll serve the purpose.

The 300wm is a workhorse, I bought this for an AK hunting trip, but took a different rifle cause I didn't want to beat this one up. So basically it's just sat in my safe.

I was referencing the only option for the MPR is the carbon wrapped barrel, from the factory.

I don't know if you reload at all, but if you do, and happened to drive up I'd probably be inclined to throw the extra brass in (which isn't cheap these days)
