Nice "Sporter" you have. These were made for commercial market America, the "D" model is built on a Military rifle."D" rifle also does not that type of Thumbhole stock.Not Bashing !!!!! Just Good Info..I have a few of these and are really fun as heck rifles. Best grab these up if you can. They are getting harder. Oh and also pinned barrel.GLWS. I would grab this if in my price range for sure.

Hey Hey, Dude all good. Type M. i think an 84 is a different name for one like "D" model. i think. Have friends north of border that call them that.I also think "D" models are pre ban as one of mine says 88 on it...When i get home from camping i'll PM you and maybe we can work out a deal.

I put up an M model for sale awhile back on here and people lagging I asked $1100. I sold it for $1000 no issues this is a great price I also have a never fired brand new one. I may consider this great guns. Won't see them again soon
