Chinese M14 Norinco receiver USGI bolt conversion

I have an M14 Norinco receiver (forged) with what I think is the original Chinese barrel and op-rod. Who in the Portland area could do the USGI bolt conversion on this? including the USGI bolt. and from I understand, it requires barrel replacement since the Chinese barrels won't headspace with USGI bolts. I'm not sure about that. The bolt conversion is desirable because apparently a lot of the Chinese bolts were crap - soft steel.

Smith Enterprise and WarBird can perform the GI bolt conversion without replacing the original chrome lined barrel.

The bolts aren't soft, but they do have lugs that have an incorrect radius and it's a good idea to replace them with GI.

All of my M14s are built on Norinco and Poly Tech receivers... they are excellent receivers.
