I was looking for a company to change my 1911 back to stock as possible which was stainless. A lot of places gave me helpful information but this company stepped up and confidently took on the project. I wanted to give a shout out to

They did a great job turning this cerakoted 1911 back to stainless. They are based out of OC. $265 including the polishing and $145 for them to dissemble and reassemble completely in total $410. They said 6-8 week out I got a call yesterday it was ready. Worth it? You be the judge I'm pretty pleased.

Looks like they did a fantastic job. Did the 10mm come from the factory cerakoted or did you buy it used?

Bought used with the cerakote already on it but the seller told me it was originally stainless. I like the classic look a bit more when it comes to certain guns

FWIW it looks like they did a good job on the cerekoting, but I agree with you the original stainless finish is better. Im not a huge fan of desert tan or cerekote itself anyways.
