I imagine this subject has been beaten to death, but I'll beat the dead horse a bit more. Probably more subjective than not, but I'm considering the purchase of a Beretta 92FS police. They use the proprietary Bruniton finish, and I'm curious as to what others think of it, compared to Cerakote, which is offered in other pistols.
I'd rather have old school blue or Parkerizing and deal with the cleaning and oiling, but those aren't options for the 92FS. I have an opportunity to buy the black 92FS police, NIB with three 15-round mags for $559.00. Seems like a deal.
Cheers!
