Another recidivist scumbag. I can't blame the LE for roughing these guys up when they do their job and arrest them daily and our officials can't do theirs and keep them locked up.

Another violent crime, felon with a gun, most likely stolen. Explain again how UBC's will prevent this in the future. Another police officer gunned down. Where is the outrage. Obama, Sharpton I'm waiting!
