Was cruising around and saw one of my preferred ammo vendors, Target Sports USA, had one of my preferred ammos in stock for a reasonable price. CCI Standard Velocity 22lr 40gr lead round nose for $425 for 5,000 with free shipping and handling. Pre-pandemic, this would have probably been around $300 for the same thing, but times are a changing. I don't know of any coupon code to help with the cost and I'm not part of their special pricing club, so that might save somebody a bit more. I've always found CCI Standard Velocity to be good stuff and works pretty well suppressed as it stays subsonic most of the time.
