Nothing left in plain sight, not even non-valuable crap (old jackets, empty cig box, box - o - crap etc.). The meth head bobs don't give a crap about your time & inconvenience, nor your insurance deductible. They care even less if you have to pay out of pocket for the repair. Wages lost during said repair etc.
They want what they want, now, and not to have to work for it.
No conscience.
Meanwhile, if you were to DING someone else's vehicle on accident I'd wager that you'd feel mortified & make every attempt to contact that person. Either paying out of pocket, or via insurance...
