Capitol Gorge flash flood rescue June 23rd 2022

This is pretty crazy. It goes from a perfectly clear day to torrential rain extremely quickly. And then flash flooding as a family tries to make it out of the Gorge...while they watch another family float by in their car.

If you're not familiar with how fast things can get ugly with a flash flood, it's a good video to watch. Flash floods are no joke. Also recognize that if you're in the desert, it may not even be raining where you are. But if it's raining up in the nearby mountains, it's a recipe for disaster.
