WTB OR canik tp9sfx optic plate

I am looking for an optic plate for the canik TP9sfx. I need the one for the leupold deltapoint. I tried to mount mine up and it pulled one of the heli-coil's out of the mounting plate so currently i can only mount my sight with one screw.

if anyone has this plate in their kit that they are not using please let me know

which plate number is it? I am using the 01 plate for the Vortex Venom on might and could probably part with one of the others. I think the DeltaPoint uses the one marked with an 03?
