Can you identify this revolver?

So, I was looking at pictures of Velo-Dog type revolvers today. I happened upon this one:

I can't make out the markings to identify make/model/caliber. When I click to see a larger pic, it loads a long dead GlockTalk thread and no picture. To my eyes, the manufacturer looks far too recent to be a 19th century Velo-Dog. From what I can glean from the old thread, it sounds like it was something the late Dick Casull made. So, now I am curious.

Definitely a Casull. I think the were made in .22 and .22 mag starting in the mid 70's or so.
