Can anyone ID this magazine?

I have this .22 magazine and don't have a clue what it fits. It appears to be a 7 round, or so. Any ideas?

At first glance, it looks like a rifle conversion adapter magazine.
You got me stumped.

Shooting .22 Long Rifle in a gun chambered for .22 Magnum is not safe. The cases and rims are different diameters, as well as the bullets themselves. Frequently the case will split, possibly sending hot gases in the wrong direction.
