CAI C308 Sporter gunsmithing needed

I should have listened to that inner voice and NOT bought this rifle, but I did. Now, I need a gunsmith in the greater Portland area to make this thing run properly.

I would prefer someone with expertise in HK91/CETME/G3 smithing, but would be happy to give an enterprising go-getter a shot at fixing it.

Recommendations on a shop/private individual who could help me out?

Superhuman effort to pull the charging lever, safety selector switch fell out - those are the two big ones. I mean, I know there's some stuff I could check out and measure (like bolt length/gap), but instead of guessing, I'd rather a professional do the work.

Do you know of anyone?
