My apologies - it is the BTR reticle. My phone didn't want to focus on the reticle. It's crisp and non-pixelated - much like the image on the box.

The holdover hashes are marked at 100 yard intervals. I wouldn't say it's moa or mil. One of their proprietary reticles.
