Hi, A medium concealable vest should do fine for you I would say. You have to be careful of cheap vest without the proper ballistic protection. Check out Bullet Proof shop.com and you will probably find something there. They are Level 3-A.

Hey Mouse, I've got a medium regular that should fit you well. I'm 5'9 but I've gained weight and it was a little small from the beginning.
