Building Polish Underfolder. First time AK build.

This is for a friend here in Aloha. He is building his first underfolder and has run into issues folding his flats and installing the trunions. Does anyone local have a press for him to do the barrel and the trunions? Anyone that's done this a couple times we'd love some advice.
