Bolt action rifle gunsmith in/near Eugene?

I have a Mosin Nagant action that I'm looking to get fitted with a new barrel. I have all of the components to put together a barreled action but I don't have the tooling to handle the job myself.

Are there any reputable gunsmiths in/near Eugene that would be able and willing to handle that kind of project?

I'd be fine with either an off the shelf barrel (I know there's a couple companies that make new Mosin barrels) or one the smith spins up themselves as long as it's new production.

I would be interested to know who would do it also. And is there a customer willing to pay to actually do it? Not being sarcastic. I have done a few and theirs no problem doing it. But when it comes to paying the bill nobody wanted to actually spend the cash.

Try hitting up Edwin at the Tool Shed, only person in the Eugene area I can think of that might take on that project if McClunsky won't. Also it might be worth contacting the Gun Works in Springfield.
