here is a nice flat dark earth molle plate carrier. Has the internal waist belt to keep the vest from jumping around
Shoulder and sides adjust to whatever size you are. What's nice is the sides buckle as well as Velcro for a nice secure fit. The AR500 plates are rated to stop 308 rounds special threat tested it says. I have the 10x12 shooters cut for the front and the 2 side plates. The weight distributs evenly and doesn't make you want to fall forward. Everything is like new condition . Thought I'd needed it but I want other stuff now .
