FWIW, the only Makarov PM variant I am aware of chambered in .380acp is the Russian Baikal IJ-70. Unless you are wanting a Norinco or E. German PM with a barrel replacement in .380acp. I think you will be hard pressed to find what you are seeking.

Norincos came in .380 I'd also consider a 9x18 mak with a decent amount of ammo
