Blackhawk omega tac vest SPF 12-11

I have a new blackhawk omega phalanx homeland security vest that I bought several years ago and have never used. It is brand new, been stored in the closet. It holds 4 30rd ar mags and 2 double stack pistol mags on the left side of the vest, on the right side it has 3 different pouches for 12ga. ammo. Does it have the trauma plate?

there's no provision for carrying armor. it's just a LBE vest.
