I don't think that they do...but I also don't want to clutter your sales ad with discussion or debate.

You can run into a gray area with black powder cartridge firearms... but frontstuffers like these, loose powder & ball... caplock or flintlock ignitions are 100% FFL free.

Have purchased many on here, but also off the shelf from Sportsmans, Bimart, Cabelas... also direct mail from Midway & Dixie Gunworks too
