I've found 45-70 a few times at Bi-Mart recently. Pretty good prices from I remember

they have before, but I know I haven't seen any in a very long time (before Covid stuff). Bimart at least in my area consistently has the best prices and good variety. Obviously the big box stores have more variety but not better pricing….

I just report the good deals when I find them. I am no authority on pre-pandemic prices. In 1965 the Marines gave me all the ammo I could shoot. It's been downhill since then.

I see 17 HMR pretty consistently at Bimart in Corvallis and Albany. I don't recall prices or anything, but they have it. I think usually CCI?

@Johnkendall It's similar. Pre-pandemic was like $14-$15 on sale if I recall. But everything was much cheaper. Bimart has it for $17-$18 and it's the best price around from what I can tell. It's the normal nato spec stuff. Lake City brass and 147gr FMJ.
