Anyone know how to repair this?

Was shooting and noticed that the top left grip screw came out (along with the o ring and something else). Tried screwing it back in but it won't stay. Am I stupid (rhetorical question), or is this a gunsmith type of issue?

No local shops seem to have beretta parts like this.

I would try Brownells, Numrich Gunparts, MidwayUSA, Beretta, EGW and a web search before wasting time driving all over the universe.

I'm sure a local place would gladly sell you a new bushing for $1000, but you'd then have a 99% incomplete Beretta to go with it, and have to find a bushing online for your new Beretta.

I gotcha, thank you

From the looks of that screw you'll need to replace that too, include a new oring.
Be careful replacing the bushing, thats the thread you dont want to have stripped out and sometimes they are staked in place or require heat to remove if red loctited.

Interactive schematic and a good seller.
