I think people are confusing you're binary trigger with a FRT, which the ATF have said are now a machine gun...
Franklin binary triggers are NOT forced reset triggers.
The ATF "opinion" clearly says "standard and binary is not FRT.

Ok, it wasn't purchased here. It moved here with me. I had no idea it was an issue. Sounds like safest way to proceed is to destroy this trigger. I will simply remove and keep the factory parts and cut the main sear in half. Thanks for information.
