Butchering on Jan-5 and it will be ready around the 15th. We have one quarter left at $3.85 lb hanging weight. The price includes all fees and cut/wrap at Farmers Helper in Harrisburg. These Angus cross steers (Simmental IIRC?) have been raised on grass and a lot of apples. I suspect(hope) they will hang around 700lbs.
