Decided I don't need 2 16" ARs; this is a barreled upper from Sarco, with detachable carry handle and basic M4 flat top, Cardinal Forge commercial receiver. No BCG; unknown how many rounds, bore is good and shiny though, but some wear and marks on it. Overall good condition. Again, I don't need two 16" ARs 
no handguards, so you can do whatever you want (quadrail, Magpul, or free float). Formerly had YHM gas block and set screw FSB for mock Dissipator setup. Looking to get $150 or best reasonable offer. Can meet in Albany or Salem today
