Unless you're 100% certain you're going to suppress it, no. The 107 is lighter with less steel and most of the whoopty doo parts can be put in an 82 for much less than the price Delta between models.

I agree. The Free QDL suppressor promo Barrett has going right now definitely is interesting, as that is a $3K suppressor, so it helps offset the price, but at this low of a price for the M82 I would go M82. Plus it has that true retro drip ;-). Oh, also they say that a suppressed 50 cal sounds basically like a 308 unsuppressed. So yes, quieter, but DEFINITELY not quiet ;-)

That deal is super tempting.... but idk if I can drop 11k just like that.
