Complete upper minus bolt carrier group and charging handle
The barrel is 11.5" ballistic Advantage 60-100 rds through it
I don't know what brand the rail is. no markings seems to be good quality though and lightweight
The spikes tactical receiver is a blem the Punisher Skull a flag but the skull printed twice making it a blem.
Please note this upper can only be used on a pistol or registered SBR

I can ad a bolt carrier group and charging handed for $75. The carried has a screw hole in the side for a side charger but can work with a charging handle. The Charging handle is one of the wide handle ones I have posted
