Who made the buffer machine?

Just says CIAI Advantage on the side. I do remember buying it at an auto paint supply store not a Harbor Freight place. Always worked fine, I just got out of cars a few years back and got into LR shooting.

I'd buy it if you were closer to Gresham. If you're coming near Beaverton/Tigard, I travel that way twice a week.
