Yeah. A good dose of built-in common sense makes it horribly difficult to understand WTF the problem is.I am just 'slightly' confused by this.....
I looked up 'corner crossing and the definition I go was:
Corner crossing stems from the public's desire to access their public land by stepping from one corner of public to another.
OK - so IF you step from the CORNER of one section of PUBLIC land to that of another how are you on private land?
Obviously I must be missing something.
The presumption is, there's a fence there, going out in four directions. You'll put a ladder over at the point where they come together. + And, I guess, when your on that ladder, your going to have to be over private property? If I'm wrong about this I'd sure like to be corrected, because it sounds just TOO stupid to me!
