I bought this and a set of plates from a member here. I finally updated to a nicer carrier.
This is now not needed.
I'm fairly certain this is more suited for soft body armor, or large plates. It's big on me, I'm 6' 150# 32" waist. If fitted with full sized soft armor panels this thing would be pretty good.
Pretty sure it is this vest. Which looks like it's designed to hold multiple plates or soft and hard armor combined.
