At this point in time, you can't. There have been many posts here recently of people who have ALWAYS gotten an instant approval…who suddenly and for the first time, didn't. So, it's a gamble right now.

For purposes of this ad it isn't a problem as long as both the seller and buyer understand this. Like all those investment ads say, "Past performance is no guarantee of future results."
