16" flattop M4 upper. Has a 5.56 / 223 Wylde 4150 CMV barrel with M4 feedramps and a 1x7 twist. I used a stainless geiselle super gas block. Has a Mlok magpul handguard. Attached is a Mlok AFG. Dual piccatiny rails and M lok sling mount.
Topped with a vortex sparc red dot with low and high mount. The upper is brand new assembled out in Oregon city.

Edit: for the right trade I have Magpul pro front sight and mbus rear I could include. Mags, etc

Who is the manufacture of the barrel? Are there handguns that are on your will not consider list?
