This has only 40 rounds thru it. The upper receiver is made by SOTA Arms and is a Billet. It looks like a forged upper but it's from a Billet. Barrel is very high quality and originally sold for $249. Low pro gas block and pistol gas tube, aluminum BUIS, 7.5" MLOK handgaurd from Davidson Defense. *NO charging handle or BCG*

Yes I am. I was in Seattle for a couple years but moved back here to PA where I'm originally from.
If your interested in the upper I'll take a bunch of more pics of every section of the upper and I prefer PayPal payment and I'll specify that if the item isnt exactly as I stated then I will refund your money and pay for the return shipping. I'd just have to say your buying machined parts and allocate that if it's not as stated you can return it for a full refund right away. It seriously has only 40 rounds thru it and is a really good upper
