Just a light film of TW25. I use it on the whole action, and can actually store it that way. When I used CLP, I would lube the rifle when I was shooting, then clean and store nearly dry.

yes, i lube every part that moves, or slides metal on metal.

yes, especially on the bottom/inside where the gas key moves when firing

Also on most of mine I put a little lube on the tabs. On my target AR I have an extended release to clear the scope. It has LOTS of wear on the left side because of this. That one I do lube along the wear spot.

I have an Adams Arms piston kit on my New Bushmaster & it is nice to still have oil & not a messy clean up on the BCG at the end of the day!!!
