Trying to figure what would 'push' the trigger out of whack.
Drop in trigger or a 2 piece?

Did the OP mount the safety first, and then the trigger?
Probably something that pictures would help to figure.

Just needed insight on the pins. My project is within the confines of Oregon law.

With out of whack pin holes a cassette style trigger may be a solution.

try different trigger. i have a lower i cant put a larue trigger in.. it binds up wont reset, but a rav140 drops right in no prob

also would suggest anti walk pins they like 10 or less
