Had lunch at a little bar in Camas yesterday. This was hanging on the wall. Waiter kid said he didn't know what it was but thought it came from a mill.
Approx 5' high and 7' wide. Would have been bad manners to climb over the people sitting in front of it, but it appears to be made of wood.

A number of years ago the Camas mill sold a number of their parts molds, many of them wooden, and local businesses purchased a number of them. I would guess that is a mold for a paper machine part.

I think I identified it correctly, and I think it originates from the the Camas (WA) paper mill, specifically its old pattern shop. Doing a quick query shows that in 2012 the Downtown Camas Association sold off wooden molds/patterns from the Camas mill.

Yep "wooden patterns for foundry molds for making machine parts" many were furniture grade mahogany.
