Any recommendations for an electrician?

I need some light electrical work done.
(220 plug in garage just below the junction/fuse box)
Should be simple. Looking for a certified electrician who
would do this either cheaply or perhaps work out a trade
of some kind. Thanks

We had great luck with these folks, the electrician on site figured out ways to save us money which was a (no pun intended) huge shock, doubt they would do trade out though
