Mostly just interested in what the company culture was like. I live pretty close and like to keep an eye on the job boards of companies that make products i like and have a good work environment.

There is nothing an employee would tell you in a PM they wouldnt tell you here publicly. If you dont want to share just give Leupold a call but theres plenty here that are knowledgeable about Leupolds that probably know.

They do have some perks in regards to hunting licenses, discounts, ect.

It probably depends on what your position is. As well as your attitude/persepective. Just like everything else.
